2. How do I book a shoot?

You can easily schedule a shoot through our online booking system (QR code or booking link on our site). Select your service package, preferred time, and location—we’ll handle the rest.

3. How soon will I receive my photos and videos?

  • Photography & Drone Photos: 24 hours or less

  • Video & Drone Video: 3-5 business days

  • 3D Tours & Floor Plans: 24 hours or less
    We know speed matters in real estate, so we always deliver fast without compromising quality.

4. Do you offer packages?

Yes! Our most popular option is the Vidsmart Luxury Package, which includes:

  • Photography

  • Drone Photos

    This gives you everything you need to present a property at its best.

5. Do you travel outside of Naples & Fort Myers?

Absolutely. While most of our work is in Naples, Fort Myers & Sarasota, we also travel to surrounding areas. For properties outside our main service area, a small travel fee may apply.

6. Can you work with luxury homes?

Yes—we specialize in showcasing high-end properties. Our team knows how to capture architectural details, lifestyle features, and the overall feel of a luxury home.

7. Do you provide virtual staging?

Yes, we offer virtual staging for unfurnished homes. This allows buyers to visualize the space fully furnished without the cost of staging.

8. Do you offer agent branding or social media content?

Yes! Beyond property media, we create personal branding content such as agent introduction videos, lifestyle reels, and content days(coming soon) for teams or brokerages.

9. What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

We understand things come up. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel without a fee.

10. How can I prepare the property for the shoot?

To get the best results, we recommend:

  • Decluttering rooms and countertops

  • Turning on all lights

  • Opening blinds/curtains

  • Making sure outdoor spaces are tidy

    We’ll send you a full prep checklist after booking.

11. How do I receive my media?

All photos, videos, and 3D tours are delivered through a secure online gallery where you can download files in both MLS-ready and high-resolution formats and make a payment.

12. Do you offer discounts or referral incentives?

Yes! We run seasonal promotions and also have a referral program—when you refer a new client, you’ll receive exclusive discounts on your future projects.
